Renamed, the latest edition of this high-performance hot hatch has become the most powerful of its class, surpassing even the new Audi RS 3 Sportback. Changes made to the Mercedes-Benz AMG A 45 4MATIC’s look are quite minimal and include new bumpers, rear and front, a new front grille and some new badges. The major work has happened in the engine compartment.

Anchoring the Giulia range, is the new Quadriofoglio; representing the epitome of Italian technology and design, taking the street fight straight to the Germans with a new 3.0-litre turbo V6 petrol. The official pictures and information about this new Alfa have been released, with the first model being the range-topping Quadriofoglio.

According to reports, MINI South Africa is set to launch the all-new Mini John Cooper Works hatch locally sometime in August. Manufactured in Oxford, this is the most powerful MINI yet, featuring a new 2.0-litre turbo engine to replace the old 1.6-litre turbo.

The new GLC is packed with safety assistance systems and is more efficient than before with fuel consumption being cut by up to 19%. Recently unveiled, the second generation GLC mid-size SUV comes with a host of improvements over the previous GLK model.

Selling around 730,000 units worldwide, the BMW X1 has proven a popular choice for BMW buyers. It may not be as big as the X3, but the current X1, is more spacious than the 3-Series, fitting quite snuggly between the two. BMW South Africa has announced that a brand new, beefier X1 will be hitting our shores around October 2015. In the new x1, you will find that it meets the X-series design brief a whole lot more than previously. While previous editions have looked a little out of sorts in the X family that has all changed now. The 2015 BMW X1 features more space, along with a new bulgous exterior design.
